Tri-County Electric:
Primary Cubicle Installation

Sept., 2006

Jack Galopin
Christman Company
Ed and his helper did a great job and were meticulous with respect to safety.

The two new primary cubicles have been installed for the CCT project. Both Tri-County electric and UIS are to be commended for their efforts in working with and around each other in fairly tight quarters. The entire process required 25 plus switching operations on our primary system and both contractors saw to it that proper procedure was followed. The result is a complete installation with no interruptions to the existing facility.

I was on vacation last week and this morning the first I saw of the new patio layout. I think it is beautiful, everything looks very good, the brick work and cement work is outstanding, the planting beds are beautifully done. I think Christman did a great job in leading all the contractors to do their best work, once all the lights and canopies are installed this will be a show piece.

This message is to thank all of you that assisted in the project obtaining a temporary Certificate of Occupancy today for the Mark Jefferson Project. The owner will not be occupying the building at 8am on Tuesday morning and classes will be held as planned on Wednesday, 1/5/10.

Also, yesterday we had a complete job-site inspection by MIOSHA and not one safety item was noted in his report. This was amazing and credit should be given to your foreman and trades.
